Q:The order process :
1. Regarding the payment method, once the transaction is made. You pay a 50%deposit first, and we start producing the molds for you.
2. After the mold is finished, we start to make samples for you.
3. After the sample is completed, we will send it to you or take a video and photo for you to confirm.
4. lf you feel unsatisfied with the sample,we will re-modify it for you---free ofcharge
5. lf you confirm that there is no problem,we start mass production of products.
6. After the product is finished, we pack it for you, calculate the actual packing size,and then calculate the shipping cost for you.
7. Before the goods are shipped, you can pay the freight + the balance.
8. The mold is left in our factory, we will always protect it for you, and will not be used by others. lf there is damage, we repair it for free.
9. lf you want to place a second order, you don't need pay the mold fee ,just pay the production price directly.
